Sorin Group is a matrix organization split by Business Unit.
Sales & marketing activities are organized by Region, each made of an Operational Marketing and Sales network, which ensures the distribution and marketing of the CRM product portfolio around the world.
The CRM Business Unit departments have strong technological know-how and most of our leaders have extensive managerial experience within large international groups. Despite this, we feel different from our American competitors because of the moderate size of our Group and our European roots.
The Sorin Group headquarters and its Business Units are all based in Europe. Unlike our American competitors, this allows us to offer real development opportunities within Europe. Nevertheless, our colleagues wishing to expatriate to the USA or Canada can benefit from opportunities within our international sites (about 1 300 employees based in North America).
Our responsibilities in the headquarters involve Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, Research & Development, as well as Clinical Research. The Human Resource and Finance areas are also located in the business unit headquarters. Meanwhile, manufacturing located close by, is tightly linked the Quality and Regulatory Affairs departments, essential in driving the industry standard with respect to safety and reliability.
