Heart Rate Variability The SyneScope Heart Rate Variability option analyzes a wide range of heart rate indexes, in both the time and frequency domains. The time period for analysis, filter, screen display, and report format can be flexibly configured by the user.
QT analysis The SyneScope QT analysis option provides in-depth studies of the QT interval variations over 24 hours. The program automatically calculates peak T wave amplitude and T wave duration over the entire Holter recording. This permits investigations of circadian variations in the QT interval, adaptation of the QT interval to heart rate (QT/RR), and dispersion of the QT interval. The software features QT histograms, trends and tables, along with flexible configurations of report export and report functions.
P wave analysis Atrial arrhythmias are the most common rhythm disturbances in clinical practice. Sorin Group is proud to offer its customers the first method of P wave analysis based on high-resolution Holter recordings. This innovative and non-invasive tool will enable the study of atrial electrical activity and the detection of patients with prolonged P waves.
Late potentials Ventricular late potentials are high-frequency, low-amplitude signals occurring after the QRS complex, most frequently due to delayed conduction across abnormal myocardium. Patients who have sustained a myocardial infarction and have developed late potentials may be at risk of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias. Sorin Group offers a new late potentials recording and analysis system based on the high-resolution capabilities of the SpiderView Holter recorder: late potentials and Holter analysis in a single hook-up.
Import/Export The SyneScope Import/Export option is the ideal tool to interface the results obtained with the device to other systems, for statistical analysis or database management. This option permits the export of the raw ECG signal (ISHNE), the RR interval table (ASCII) and any result obtained with SyneScope (TXT).
